Your Privacy is our Priority: All photo editing, collage making, and rendering processes within Fotario happen locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or process your original photos or edited images on our servers. Your creative content remains strictly on your device.

2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information you provide to us, information collected automatically when you use Fotario, and information from third parties.

Information You Provide

• Support Communications: When you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and any information you include in your message.
• Payment Information: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are securely processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive subscription status and transaction IDs to unlock your premium features, but we never see or store your full payment card details.

Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect certain information when you use Fotario to ensure app stability and improve our services:

• Device Information: Device type, model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA for iOS or Google Advertising ID for Android).
• Usage Information: Features you use, interactions with the editor, and session duration.
• Diagnostic Data: We collect error logs and crash data to help us identify and fix bugs promptly.
• Approximate Location: General location (country/region) derived from your IP address to provide localized experiences. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Fotario uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use device identifiers and other data to serve ads that are relevant to you.

• iOS Users (App Tracking Transparency): On iOS 14.5 and later, we will ask for your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
• Opting Out: You can manage your ad preferences or opt-out of personalized advertising through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt-out of Ads Personalization).
